The theatres showcase Hollywood blockbusters converted into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience®, as well as educational and entertaining IMAX® documentaries in both 2D and IMAX® 3D.

IMAX® theatres deliver the most immersive cinematic experience in the world. The combination of IMAX®'s powerful digital projection system, specially designed screen, proprietary digital surround sound system and unique theatre geometry creates the sensation of being IN the movie.

Through the use of IMAX®'s revolutionary IMAX DMR® (Digital Re-mastering) technology, major Hollywood studios are transforming their biggest event movies into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience® .

Some of the movies shown in this IMAX® theatre will be presented in IMAX 3D. Throughout an IMAX® 3D presentation, the images virtually jump off of the screen and float around the theatre. This is made possible by a combination of IMAX's dual image projection system - which projects two separate images onto the screen at the same time - and polarized IMAX® 3D glasses that fuse the images together to create an amazing three-dimensional cinematic experience where the screen disappears, putting you IN the movie.
