EQ Reception/Customer Service

Our reception staff can provide all of the answers to your questions about EQ. Reception is located in Building 220 - the entry is off the coach bay.

Reception opening hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm

The Site Directories provide a complete floor plan and key site information. Copies are available at the car park pay station and EQ Reception. Click here to download a copy of the site directory.

 

Disabled Persons Assistance/Access

A wheelchair is available from the EQ Reception for complimentary hire (subject to availability). Please contact 02 8117 6700 to enquire about availability. Parking for the mobility impaired is also conveniently located on the ground floor of the car park.

 

Public and Disabled Restrooms

Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the site. Please refer to site directory for locations.

 

Parents Room

Equipped with private feeding facilities and change table, a parents' room is located near the kids' precinct opposite Lollipops Playland.

 

Lost and Found

A record of lost and found items is maintained at EQ Reception. Please contact 02 8117 6700.

Gift Cards

EQ Gift Cards can be used at most EQ retail stores and make a perfect gift solution at any time of year. Available in any amount (minimum purchase $10), EQ Gift Cards can now be purchased online or at the EQ Reception. To purchase your gift card online click here.

 

Security at Your Service

Friendly security staff are here to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you require security assistance at any time, please proceed to any store or the EQ Reception.

 

Car Wash

You can take advantage of the car wash located on the ground floor of the car park while you're out and about. The car wash offers a complete hand wash and detailing service.

 

Children's Playground

The EQ has 2 gated children's playgrounds to cater for all ages - located between the Showring and the Coach Bay, next to Lollipops Playland. Please note opening times, age limitation and other conditions of entry apply.

 

ATM

ATMs are located next to the car park pay station behind Esprit and Bayswiss. There are also ATMs located in the Convenience Store and in Hoyts.

 

Postal Facilities

Express post and regular post boxes are located next to Building 17 behind the children's playground.
