Hoy Pinoy’s Sydney Summer BBQ will run from Wednesday February 7th until Sunday March the 11th.
Featuring all the things that makes ﬁlipino food great: open charcoal pit rotisserie with boneless Cebu style Lechon, 12 hour smoked bistek Tagalog (beef brisket) , slow smoked liempo (Asian Bacon), Pinya atchara salad (gilled pineapple salad) – bring your vegan friends!
This is the ﬁrst time Hoy Pinoy has offered a full menu in Sydney. On Thursdays nights you will be able to get Hoy Pinoy Boodle ﬁght ( spread of all their best meats & condiments) for $25 p/p. On Saturdays you can get the Hoy Pinoy Favourites: Pork skewers in Banana ketchup glaze & Chicken skewers in Soy glaze For drinks they’ll have San Miguel Beer because it ain’t Filipino BBQ without it! Plus Pinoy Coladas & Rum coconuts. To ﬁnish it off you can get their team-up deserts: BlackStar Pastry X Hoy Pinoy – N2 X Hoy Pinoy – Gelato Messina x Hoy Pinoy

Trading Hours: from 12 pm until late ( market days 10am till late)
Parking at the Entertainment Quarter is easy. There are over 2000 spaces in the Wilsons Car Park located off Errol Flynn Blvd and the first 2 hours are free. If you are visiting us on an Event Day, simply spend $10 at any EQ store and take your receipt to the Wilsons office located in the car park to validate your parking for casual rates.
