RAISING THE DEAD AT EL CAMINO
|Date||20 Oct 2020 - 7 Nov 2020|
|Venue||El Camino Cantina|
El Camino Cantino will be throwing a Tex-Mex hex to vex the living and the not-so-living during its 18 day Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Festival. They’ve devised a ghoulish menu of grave delights to haunt the brave from Wednesdays to Sundays from 20 October through to 7 November.
Four new bewitching margarita flavours to try: Devil Chilli (watermelon flavoured); Walking Dead (passionfruit flavoured); Ghost Drop (blueberry flavoured); Poison Apple (sour apple flavoured). Or, if you feel particularly evil – or indecisive – you can get a tasting paddle of all four flavours (220ml) for $30.
To taunt the taste-buds, come in on Wicked Wing Wednesdays for tasty chicken wings topped with hellish-hot sauce. Try the new sauce flavours: habanero and teriyaki. Troublesome Thursdays will cause you grief with all small fajitas at $20 when you purchase a Cadillac margarita.
Bring some friends for protection and have some horrifically hilarious fun on Freaky Friday, Sinful Saturday and Spooky Sunday.
Make sure you dress to kill for the harrowing Sinful Saturday Halloween Costume Party on October 31. Prizes will be awarded for the most drop dead gorgeous or frightfully awful or outrageously witty outfits. You’ll be served by ghouls and zombies all night, so tip or be damned!
Book ahead. Covid precautions in place.
