Lennox Hastie’s speciality is cooking with fire, and he’s earned a reputation as one of Australia’s best chefs with that skill. He has worked extensively in restaurants and hotels over the past sixteen years including the award-winning restaurants Le Manoir au Quat Saisons (two Michelin stars), La Maison du Marc Veyrat (three Michelin stars) and Martin Berasategui (three Michelin stars) before opening Firedoor, located in Surry Hills in 2015.
The Chef x Winemaker delicious four-course menu will take inspiration of Lennox’s fascination with fire, the grapes from Gundagai vineyards and winemaking process. Join us to celebrate wines of exceptional quality and beautifully prepared food in Australia’s first true urban winery.
